油墨特性Characteristic:
Vantan 67系列是专门针对聚酯（PET)材质而开发的溶剂型免处理丝印油墨。超强的附着力和卓越的耐冲压性能、耐汽油、耐酸碱、色泽饱满、遮盖优。油墨精细慢干，在高网目丝印时有良好的过网性和操作性。
Vantan 67 series is a solvent-based processless screen printing ink specially made for PET materials, with extraordinary adhesion and stamping resistance, gasoline resistance, acid and alkali resistance, full color, good coverage, fine and slow drying printing ink, with goodfiltrabilityand operability in high mesh silk screen.
适用范围 Applied range:
适合印刷聚酯（PET)片材、铝箔、亮银龙等材质。应用于薄膜开关、电器铭版、精品包装盒、装饰材料等行业。
Suitable for printing on PET sheets, aluminum foil, bright silver dragon and so on. Used in membrane switch, electrical nameplate, boutique packing box, decorative materials and other industries.
使用方法Method of use:
u 印刷前可用酒精或抹字水清洁印刷品表面的污垢及油渍。
u The alcohol or wipe water can be used to clean the dirt and oil stain on the surface of the printing materials before printing.
u 稀释剂：根据印刷方式和环境条件添加10%左右稀释剂调节油墨稀稠度。
u Diluent: add about 10% diluent to adjust the consistency of printing ink according to the printing method and environmental conditions.
u 干燥方式：自然干燥（25?C或低于70?C强制干燥，作强制干燥可缩短时间。
Drying method: natural drying(25?C),the time of forced drying (below 70?C) can be shorter.
