AEGIS INDUSTRY (SHANGHAI) CO.,LTD was incorporated in Singapore in 1998. We are a major stockist and supplier of wide range of Marine spares & equipment as well as provide repair and reconditioning services. We operate from our own warehouse & workshop in Tuas Avenue 1. Since then we have expanded to Indonesia, Bangladesh and China. We have a warehouse in Marunda, Jakarta, and Surabaya where we keep some stock of Main & Aux Engine spares. With our warehousing and distribution network we are able to arrange supply to your intended location rapidly. The company is led by experienced ex Chief Engineers who are very familiar with the Marine industry.
Products & Services
1.We are the appointed sales and service agent of H. Cegielski Poznan, S.A., licensee of MAN B&W, Sulzer two stroke & four stroke engines, etc. We can supply original/genuine spares and any specialist technical services required from the Maker.
2.Large inventory of New and reconditioned Original and OEM spares of
--Both two & four stroke, low, medium & high speed diesel engine spares MAN B&W, Sulzer, Mitsubishi, MAK, Pielstick, Yanmar, Daihatsu, etc.
--Ancillary equipment, ie, air compressors, purifiers, pumps, boilers, turbochargers, hydraulic motors & pumps, electrical switchgear, motors, etc.
--Consumable (eg, piston rings, valve spindles, fuel injectors, pump & plungers, gaskets, O rings, etc)
--And larger spares (eg, cylinder covers, liners, piston crowns, etc)
3.Complete remanufacturing of Alfa Laval, Mitsubishi and Westfalia Purifiers. We have a SCHENK Vertical Bowl Balancing Machine to carry out Purifier Bowl balancing in our workshop.
4.We offer one for one exchange of purifier complete unit and bowl assembly
5.Complete remanufacturing of various Makes & Models of Main & Auxiliary Air Compressors.
6.We also offer exchange of Main Engine Exhaust Valve complete assembly, exhaust valve spindles, piston crowns and Auxiliary Engine cylinder heads
7.Carry out on or off-site engine and ancillary equipment repairs, installation and commissioning of various equipment, especially, Main & Auxiliary two stroke and four stroke engines, air compressors, purifiers, pumps
8.Manufacture and market Ark Vision Service Air Compressors & Dryers. These are our own design, rotary screw type and we source the major components like the air end from Germany and Italy to ensure highest quality.
9.Distributor/agent of PMAX Filters, MAGNUS chemicals, Northey Gas Compressors, LMF Compressors, ACE pneumatic hydraulic pumps
10.Office and warehouse in Indonesia, Bangladesh, China, providing the same level of services as in Singapore
