二、木粉机工作原理

结构与粉碎原理

1、粉碎刀具有：7型刀、一型刀和离心刀组成。
2、附机由风机、集粉器、除尘器组成。
3、主机粉碎室采用7型刀、一型刀和离心刀，有粗粉碎、细粉碎和离心来复粉碎，由电机带动粉碎机转子高速运转，使机械产生高速气流对粉碎物料产生高强度的撞击力、压缩力、切割力、摩擦力，来达到独特的粉碎功能。
4、在三种刀片切割粉碎过程中，转子产生高速度气流随刀片方向旋转，物料在气流中加速并反复冲击、切割摩擦，同时受到三种粉碎作用，被粉碎的物料随气流进入分析器进行分析，由于在受到分析器转子离心力作用时又受到气流向心力的作用，所以当离心力大于向心力时，细粒子随气流进入集粉器收集，粗粒子进入离心来复粉碎室继续粉碎直至达到您所满意的细度。

细度调节方法

2、 本机装有风量调节器，可调节风量大小，风量大细度低、风量小细度高，调到理想的细度即可连续生产。
3 、机体内有细度分析器，将分析器上的螺栓松开后，向上移动细度升高、向下移动细度降低，调到你所需要的细度，固定螺栓即可生产。
