性 状：结晶品为白色结晶颗粒，无水物为结晶性粉末。无臭，无酸味，有特殊贝类滋味。味觉阈值0.03%。至120℃时失去结晶水而为无水物。易溶于水（35g/100ml,25℃）,不溶于乙醇。在空气中稳定。
用 途：调味剂；酸味剂；缓冲剂。主要用于火腿、香肠、水产品、调味液等。一般用量为0.01%-0.05%。作为调味品使用，一般用粉状的无水物，以加速溶解。
用于方便面、方便食品的调味料中，具有增鲜及特殊风味，用量0.5%左右。
限 量：
1. FEMA(mg/kg)：无醇饮料、焙烤制品、肉类制品、肉汤、乳及乳制品、谷类制品，均60mg/kg。
2. GB2760-2014：调味料，20.0g/kg。本品通常与谷氨酸合用，用量约为谷氨酸的10%。
包 装: 产品外包装为纸塑复合袋，内包装用聚乙烯食品袋，净重25公斤/袋或20公斤/箱（5公斤*4）。

Description：Crystallization is white crystal granule: Anhydrous compound is crystal powder. It has especial seashell taste; taste threshold value is 0.03%. Easily dissolve in water. Not dissolve in ethanol; stably exist in air.
Uses：Flavoring agent; sour agent; buffer. Is mainly used for ham, sausage, seafood, seasoning and so on. General dosage is 0.01% -0.05%. As a condiment to use, general use of anhydrous powdered material, in order to speed up the dissolution.
For instant noodles, instant food seasoning compound, with additional fresh and special flavor, amount of about 0.5%. This product is usually associated with glutamic acid combination, the dosage is about 10% of glutamic acid.
